If so, let’s get you ready for your appointment:
Step 1: Make sure you have the Spruce app on the device you want to use.
All telehealth video calls are held through HIPAA compliant teleconference software to assure the privacy and security of your personal information. To do that - use the link Sarah sent you to download the Spruce app on the device you will you use for your video call. This is a free App for you to use. Go here to learn more about the Spruce App.
Step 2: Log into Spruce 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
You already have an account from your initial contact with Sarah, and can sign in using the same user name and password. You can also reset your password if needed, using the link under the “sign In” box in the app.
Step 3: Sarah will call you from Spruce.
At the call time, you will get a call within the Spruce App for your telehealth visit.
Sarah will meet you there!
